It is proven that consideration management as a core capability of organization will enable obtaining the source of competitive advantage creation. There’s been substantiated the management essence as a process of obtaining and processing of necessary information about state of external environment and state of management object. Determination of "management technology" definition is offered. Basic components of management technology are defined.
