On the basis of generalization of world experience there have been grounded the conditions and the system of priorities of successful development of the enterprises in Ukraine. There has been made the conclusion about expediency of formation of such a domestic model of management which would correspond to the universal ideas of harmonization of economic, social and ecological priorities of development.
