The question of post crisis stabilization of financial and credit system of Ukraine is studied, the tools to control bank liquidity and financing the real sector as the basis for economic recovery are analyzed. The resulting evaluations and expectations with an emphasis on the need of immediate stabilization measures in Ukraine are proved.
