The article considers the licensing procedure as a part of administrative and law regulation of relations in construction business. The practical moments of law application are analyzed; the theoretical grounds of the institution of business activity in construction business licensing are researched. The issues of getting the license by foreign subjects and other actual moments in the construction activity licensing sphere are considered.
