WORLD EXPERIENCE OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION AUTHORITIES’ ACTIVITY IN FINANCIAL SPHERE
The article researches the key components of functioning of bodies of financial services consumers’ complains consideration, in particular, the Financial Ombudsman Service in Great Britain as integrated and one of the most progressive organizations in this sphere. There are presented the main characteristics of dispute resolution authorities’ structures. The procedure steps of disputes resolution between financial services consumers and financial institutions are substantiated.
