The article develops methodical approaches to optimization of commercial communications of trade enterprise. The structure and properties of commercial potential of trade enterprise are characterized. Indicators for estimation of economic efficiency of commercial communications under risk are defined. Techniques of the accounting of some market situations in optimization of commercial communications of trade enterprise are offered.
