HARD И SOFT SKILLS БУХГАЛТЕРА

Определены содержание, категории и требования к soft и hard skills (гибкие и жесткие навыки) с точки зрения формирования необходимых умений и навыков профессио­нального бухгалтера. Рассмотрены особенности баланса между soft и hard skills для успешной дея­тель­ности бухгалтера на разных этапах профессиональной жизни. Проведенное иссле­дование ориентировано на проблемы управления карьерой и фор­мирования соци­ального интеллекта бухгалтера.
Ключевые слова: профессиональный бухгалтер, soft skills, hard skills, соци­аль­ный интеллект, поведенческая экономика, цифровая экономика.
