HARD ТА SOFT SKILLS БУХГАЛТЕРА

Визначено зміст, категорії і вимоги до hard та soft skills (м’які та тверді навички) з точки зору формування необхідних вмінь та навичок професійного бухгал­тера. Розглянуто особливості балансу між soft та hard skills для вдалої діяльності бухгалтера на різних етапах професійного життя. Проведене дослідження орієнто­ване на проблеми управління кар’єрою та формування соціального інтелекту бухгалтера.
Ключові слова: hard skills, soft skills, професійний бухгалтер, соціальний інтелект, поведінкова економіка, цифрова економіка.
