ВЫСОКОТЕХНОЛОГИЧНАЯ ЭКОНОМИКА. УРОКИ КИТАЯ

Исследованы современные тенденции реализации промышленной политики на инновационных основах и формирования высокотехнологичной индустрии Китая. Проанализи­рованы программы государственной помощи для разработки и иннова­ции, меха­низмы предоставления преференций сертифицированным высокотехноло­гичным предприятиям, производителям "отечественных товаров" в публичных за­купках, поддержки китайского производителя в условиях пандемии COVID 19. Обосно­ваны предпосылки развития эндогенных инновационных продуктов и станов­ления нацио­нальных "технологических чемпионов", показана роль государства в этом процессе.
Ключевые слова: высокотехнологичная промышленность, технологии, инно­вации, таланты, государственная помощь, промышленная политика.
