MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES IN A CRISIS
The aim of the article is to present the managerial competencies in a crisis. Symptoms and causes of the crisis in the organization have been characterized. It was pointed out that a prerequisite for assuring the organization of the effectiveness of functioning is a skilful and effective management of, among other things, a crisis situation.
