BUSINESS EDUCATION UNDER CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL INSTABILITY
Background. Every day globalization and permanent local, regional and global economic crisis produce new challenges and problems. The effectiveness of these processes in the world largely depends on intensive and integrated development of human capital. In these circumstances system of business education becomes of special importance. It is regarded as an important component of global education space and is designed to prepare the global business elite.
Analysis of recent research and publications indicates a lack of research of the impact of global instability on global business education and management training quality.
The aim of the article is to examine the nature of business education services and development of modern trends in the world education under conditions of global instability.
Materials and methods. During the research works on business education, leadership, specialized scientific periodical literature were studied, statistical data of research companies was analyzed, such methods as research, analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction were used.
Results. Importance of business education for the development of human capital and economic competitiveness was confirmed based on the research. Influence of global instability on the development of business education and appropriateness of MBA degree were studied. Competences which a business leader should have in times of instability were defined. Current and future trends in global business education were formulated.
Conclusion. Competitiveness of enterprises and the economy as a whole depends on the quality of business management training.
Business education is designed to prepare entrepreneurs and business leaders that can respond to the challenge of the world market globalization and manage the development of new innovative economy based on knowledge.
