FINANCIAL CRISIS AND PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP
The article considers the problem of the impact of financial crisis on the public-private partnerships (PPPs), both the conditions and restrictions of their use as an instrument of public finance policy. There has been proved, that the PPP must rely upon the state support, including risk distribution among partners.
