EVOLUTION OF THEORY AND PRACTICE OF CAPITAL EXPORT AND ITS PECULIARITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE WORLD CRISES AT THE BEGINNING OF XXI CENTURY
The article presents a short excursus in the history of development of theory and practice of capital exports; the examples of interconnection between capital exports and general economic development of the society have been given; the interdependence between directions and volumes of capital export and market condition cycles have been described; there has been given the evaluation of the current state of capital exports and its role in financial economic crisis. The perspectives of the development have been also considered.
