The essence of financial mechanism of mergers end acquisitions in the corporate sector of the Ukrainian economy is analyzed. The features of financial organization of mergers and acquisitions at the level of corporations are determined. Recommendations concerning the improvement of state regulation of mergers end acquisitions are carried out.
