SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE PUBLIC PROCUREMENTS IN UKRAINE
The article proves social role of public procurements as a component of public social investments. A review of the present state of realization of public procurements in Ukraine is realized, the main problems in this field are defined. The basic advantages of using the principle of social responsibility at forming public procurements are grounded, and possible ways of its introduction in Ukraine are proposed.
