PROBLEMS OF PROPERTY INSTITUTE DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF ECONOMY MODERNIZATION
The article considers deformations in reforming of the property institute in Post-Soviet Ukraine that imposed restrictions on achievement of desirable parameters of social and economic development. The attention is focused on impossibility of overcoming of deviations in property relations development without overcoming structural, organizational and technological backwardness of the Ukrainian industry. There have been given recommendations about the further reforming of property relations based on the idea of property institute separate components subordination to the purposes of country economic basis modernisation.
