CONSUMERS’ ASSOCIATIONS’ PERFORMANCE EFFECTIVENESS RATING
Analyses existing consumers’ associations’ performance effectiveness rating methodological approaches and problems. Proposes the main criteria of consumer enterprises’ performance effectiveness are proved. Proposes consumers’ associations’ performance effectiveness rating systems.
